A new book by Jan Kysela (Institute of Classical Archaeology) investigates the contacts between Central Europe and the Mediterranean in the 4th–1st centuries BC.
The aim of the society is to bring students together and support their efforts in organising both educational as well as socializing projects and events.

The Department provides tuition in single- and double-honours BA programmes (in cooperation with ÚALK), MA study programmes and doctoral programmes (PhD). It successfully combines the Praguean tradition with contemporary trends in linguistics. Thanks to close cooperation with ÚČNK both teachers and students have access to large corpora of digitalised texts and use modern corpus linguistics methods and tools in their exploration.Continue here
